Started week 2 of my bodyweight workout. Still focusing on muscular endurance.

Push ups

Seated dips

  • one ladder of 9
  • 10 extra reps
  • Total: 91 dips

Let me ups

Broken finger hit failure by this point.

  • one ladder of 6 excluding 3,2, and 1
  • Total: 30 let me ups

Overall

Wasn’t that great of a workout, mostly due to finger pain. Some could have been from the long rest period though (Friday to Sunday). 6/10.
