Got my final results from UBC today.
- Weight:
- Start: 142.2
- End: 153 (+10.8)
- Body Fat:
- Start: 10.50%
- End: 11.55% (+1.05%)
- Fat weight:
- Start: 14.93
- End: 17.67 (+2.74)
- Lean weight:
- Start: 127.27
- End: 135.33 (+8.06)
So over the 10 weeks I gained almost 11 pounds: about 2.7 fat and 8 muscle. I was shooting for 10 pounds: 1 fat, 9 muscle and I think I would have made it if it wasn’t for my injury. Still happy with the results, especially since I didn’t change my diet that much (other than eating more of everything). I’ll be starting my own program next week, if I can finish tweaking it…
